Need to reset your machine? Battery died? Lost your settings?
Need a new MPU or Power supply? Not taking coins (tokens) or bills anymore? I can fix all this & MORE

t.i.t.o.

What is TITO? Stands for ticket in, ticket out. Some home use machines have printers that will print a voucher that is usually useless, UNLESS you have a TITO board installed. TITO boards give the ability to print and use the voucher back into the machine, or any machine that also has a TITO board installed. If you have 2 machines that both have a TITO board installed, you can cash out of one, and put your voucher into the other machine. TITO will also add $100 in credits to your machine when the service button is pressed.

Keep in mind, you cant just plug a TITO board in, and expect it to work. Your machine will need to be cleared and configured to accept settings for the tito to work. (good time to put that fresh battery in!)

Slot Machine Glass

Missing or broken Glass? Sorry to say, once you break the glass, its done. I can locate the glass (if I dont have it already) and replace for you

Power Supply

Power supply testing / replacement on most machines

Bill Validator

Pictured is a typical IGT Bill Validator. One of many IGT makes. It has a lot of moving parts, optics, flash boards, EEProm chips, etc. Whatever validator you have, Mars, JCB, WBA, etc...it needs to be serviced to continue running properly. If your machine is coinless, and your bill validator goes down, then your machine will be useless. Did you know that a malfunctioning cash box will effect your validator from working properly? Something to check before spending $$$ on a new validator only to have the same problems

IGT AVP Programming

AVP & SAVP Programming.

Great machines when they work properly, but they require EKey 7 and usually a diagnostic key to get the machine up and running properly

MPU

The heart of all machines is the MPU. Did you know that if your machine has a Varta battery, it needs to be removed? Typically found in S2000 models. Usually green. It is not needed for home use. A leaking battery will kill your board, thus leave your machine useless

Hopper Repair

Did you know a hopper has a brake and a knife? It does, as well as optics and a motor. The brake stops the motor after a payout, the optics keep track of whats being paid out, and the knife? It directs the coins to the optics. If the knife isn't sharp (its plastic and does wear down), then coins or tokens can get caught under it and the hopper will lock up and cause an error. Don't run out and buy a new hopper if there's issues. Service what you have!

Coin Comparitor

Typical coin comparitor found in slot machines. Did you know that it requires a "resident coin/token in it that stays in? Whatever that coin is, is what your machine will accept. If you drop a coin in, and it does nothing or drops right down to your coin tray, its just something to check, or try another resident coin. From opening and closing the door, that coin can shift and cause an error. There's also a small dial that controls the sensitivity. Usually a small hole on the bottom right that a tiny screwdriver fits into.
